Catherine joined Forrester Solicitors in April 2016 as an associate solicitor.
Catherine started her career in law over 16 years ago, working her way up from Paralegal which included her attending court with Counsel, to solely managing a busy Crown Court department and then finally obtaining a degree in law and qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.
Catherine opted to spread her training across all areas of personal interest giving her a good grounding in Criminal Law, Family Law, Residential Conveyancing and Private Client.
Catherine has dealt with all types of criminal work, including murder and serious sex offences.
Catherine enjoys spending her time in the Magistrates Court assisting her clients to the best possible outcomes.
Catherine has a particular interest in assisting parents in care proceedings and during her training spent a great deal of time working with parents with whom social services were involved. Catherine has extensive knowledge of dealing with private law children matters including child arrangement (e.g. contact and residence) and domestic abuse cases.
Catherine has over six years’ experience with all manner of residential conveyancing and private
client including sale, purchase, right to buy, leasehold properly, joint ownership, transfers of land, power of attorney, wills and probate.
