Our Fees

Sale of Property

• Freehold sale: £850 – £1,100.00 + VAT

• Leasehold sale: £950 – £1,200 + VAT

• Please refer below to typical additional fees and disbursements

 

Purchase of Property

• Freehold purchase: £850 – £1,100 + VAT

• Leasehold purchase: £1,000 – £1,600 + VAT

• Please refer below to typical additional fees and disbursements

 

Remortgage and transfer of equity matters

• Standard remortgage: £550.00 plus VAT

• Standard transfer of equity: £350.00 plus VAT

• Redemption of Help to Buy ISA: £250.00 plus VAT

• Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) may be payable depending on your circumstances

 

What Is not Included

Our fees do not include:

• Stamp Duty Land Tax – you will however be informed what is due at the quotation stage.

• Leasehold management pack fees

• Indemnity insurance policies

• Costs arising from unexpected legal issues (e.g. title defects or disputes)

We will always inform you in advance of any additional costs.

 

Typical Timescales

• Sale: 8-14 weeks

• Purchase: 10–16 weeks

• Remortgage: 3–6 weeks

Timescales can vary depending on length of the property chain, mortgage lender requirements and the speed of searches and third parties.
