FAMILY LAW PRICING​

 

 

Our family law fees depend on the nature and complexity of the matter, the level of urgency, the volume of documentation, whether court proceedings are required, and the grade of fee earner handling the work. Where appropriate, we may offer a fixed fee for defined stages of work. In other cases, work will be charged on an hourly rate basis.

Any likely disbursements, such as court fees, barrister’s fees, process server’s fees, expert report fees or translation costs, will be discussed with you in advance. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%, unless the work is exempt from VAT. Court fees are usually not subject to VAT, but other third-party costs may be.
