For summary-only driving offences dealt with in the Magistrates’ Court, our fixed fee for an initial consultation, preparation, and representation at one Magistrates’ Court hearing is typically between £300 and £500. This equates to £360 - £600 where VAT is charged at 20%. The precise fee will depend on the venue, the complexity of the case, the amount of preparation required, and whether any additional issues arise. This fee does not include any further hearings, expert reports, counsel’s fees, or other disbursements, which will be discussed and agreed with you in advance where applicable.
